3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jdbet login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC). jdbet is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. 3.5 Non-Transferability. Your jdbet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jdbet wallet within minutes of confirmation. jdbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. jdbet aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional processing time if KYC verification is incomplete, if the withdrawal triggers jdbet's fraud detection systems, or if the request is submitted during scheduled maintenance windows.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. jdbet reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending verification of the player's identity, the legitimacy of the funds, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Funds deposited via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn to the same method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 5.3 One Bonus Per Player. 5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. jdbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. jdbet's decision on all matters relating to promotions is final and binding.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jdbet Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 Random Number Generation. jdbet's electronic games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. jdbet's RNG systems are subject to periodic testing and certification by independent third-party auditors.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. 6.5 Collusion and Cheating. Any attempt to collude with other players, use automated software (bots), exploit software vulnerabilities, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the jdbet Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

11.3 jdbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jdbet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit jdbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by jdbet's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Termination by jdbet. jdbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if jdbet determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if jdbet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, jdbet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause, jdbet will return any verified, withdrawable balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For gaming-related disputes, players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which serves as the regulatory body overseeing jdbet's operations.
